I think if I draw a reflection in the water, then I can see both sides of the foot. Then I found out that I didn't know how to draw a reflection.

I say to help get the feel for where the water's surface is, perhaps add some ripples in different places or from one place? It will help with figuring out where the "mirror" is for the art angles for you and the viewer!
