For example last month an execution was drawn, so this month no ideas for executions are accepted. Perhaps you could also sort out the people who reached top 5 last month as well, so more voices can be heard.

But on the other hand, it might mean that ideas become a popularity contest, and you will only see what the most amount of people want to see, not the most unique ideas that the first 5 people might come up with. It has it's pros and cons, the original plan worked for those who are hardcore enough to wait for the SECOND you make your post, as people who are dedicated enough to your content. The new plan would mean only the hearts matter, it might make those who are more hardcore feel a little bad maybe? It is a hard decision, I do not envy you.
