Update Tier information + MEGA Drive

Just to say, I updated the 10$ tier (which is renamed VIP) !
Indeed, to be fair that tier didnt have too much difference with the 6$, that's why I decided to change it and give access to the 3 last month of crush fetish & foot fetish (while others lowers tiers still have only access to the current month drawing).
I also decided to change for MEGA use (I already change all the welcome note, so you'll find the access on ^^) for easier use :)
Also, the COMMISSIONER Support tier will probably be deleted soon, since I'm focus on comics instead of commission.
