Bad news guys
Added 2017-10-18 20:33:40 +0000 UTCMy monitor just died and I can't afford a new one, maybe I can save enough to buy one in at least 5 months that is of course if nothing else happens, it's no secret that I have to replace my 5 year old computer but I didn't think it was that urgent, it's good I didn't throw away this old 1024*768 CRT, working on this thing though will be a pain for a while and will make it even harder to get things done, here you can se how cramped everything is but I think can still get things done, anyway just letting you guys know, wish me luck.

That would be nice but here is the catch, I don't live in the US, so availability of monitors is an issue for me and what I can find here is either cheap crap or arm and leg expensive, my earning from patreon go mostly to paying bills and buying food so saving will take time, from my research, the best option I have is a BenQ RL2455HM, my monitor was a Asus vh236h the key here is the response time since I really can’t stand blurry motion or ghosting when I play games and I have no use for 144hz refresh rate since I am not a pro gamer and my GPU and CPU are not powerful enough to achieve those frame rates, IPS panels are out as well since I am not a graphic designer and the response time is higher and there is risk of ghosting and for that price, not worth the risk, even though I could really use a 1440p monitor the price is an issue too, so the BenQ is my best option so far without importing anything, there is amazon too but I have never bought anything there and I really can’t trust it with money that will take me months to save.
