N3 + C Shader english translation DL links

*I missed some stuff in the transparent material controlers, the links have been updated.*
*Also I recommend deleting all the "my settings" vmd files that are in there, they are from an obsolete version of the shader and no longer work, in fact they make MMD crash, all other vmd files should work without a problem*
*Finally got the additonal floor effects' controllers to work, that means that you can now teawk the look of the water and working floor effects, they already worked but the controls were not functional, that has been fixed, that is the difference to the stand alone version of those effects?, well the models mirrored on those do not show the shaders, this effects do which is nice for the look of the videos you might make, the links have been updated and I removed the obsolete settings vmd files too, sorry about that*
