Mobile 360 videos and wallpapers
Added 2019-08-01 16:50:43 +0000 UTCOk July was a busy month but there has been some developments that will be beneficial for my MMD stuff, first, I spent the last 18 year of my life avoiding having a cellphone, until last month when my brother decided it was a good idea to give me one for my birthday, I really don’t like having one of these thing but hey if life gives you lemons…, well I gave this thing a chance and I found a good VR video player called “VR media player” ver. 1.4.2, this app let’s you choose the type of projection for your videos and supports stereoscopic videos too, playback is nice too, I included a sample in the following MEGA folder:

I gotta say it is kinda nice just moving your phone to explore the scene, I would search for some cardboard cutouts to make me a poor man’s VR headset but there is a problem, I can’t see anything closer than 10” to my face so I don’t think that is happening, give the video a try and let me know if you’d like to see more of those since the regular 360 videos are kinda restrictive.
