Quality test
Added 2020-08-13 02:25:50 +0000 UTCI am testing new settings for my encodes and I think I finally can deliver very high quality videos, cpu and/or gpu usage seems to be the same, can you do me a favor and check the file called [MMD] - Izumi's Conqueror test - HEVC 10bit.mp4, in the 1080p folder and see if you have any playback issues, my recommended players are:
Media Player Classic Home Cinema
and
VLC
Please let me know it the file works.

2020-08-13 05:06:00 +0000 UTCAh, that is how the AutoLuminous effect behaves with the settings I use, it is not a compression artifact, it's just that I kinda liked how it behaved like in some movies where a source of light is sometime too strong and it goes around the subject of the shot, it is usually accompanied by lens flare but I didn't add those, thanks for the feed back.

2020-08-13 05:05:43 +0000 UTCI test it on the macOS preview and it works perfect, the only thing that I noticed but I'm not sure if it's the encoders fault is that the lights from behind Izumi are showing in front of her.
