So what Abe and Rosita meant by “their moment” was to wait to remind the rest of Rick’s group about their mission and motivate them that they’d all be valuable assets. And the “kid” Rick was talking about with Carol was the dude he and Carol met in their episode in season 4 when he kicked her out of the group. If you don’t recall Rick lent him his watch before they split up and he was seen again in the Terminus scene where they lined up and slit the throats of some randoms. He was the blonde guy they killed first. Also Carol was referencing the girls to Daryl about what she didn’t want to talk about. I think Daryl knew that was more fresh and stuck on her mind than any guilt she may have been feeling from Karen and David.
