They give a lot of information about some the characters and relationships between them. However, I'm pretty sure are only available on crunchyroll, which is the preferred site for watching this anime because other ones don't have very accurate subtitles.

2024-11-13 16:39:27 +0000 UTCThe dub for this is dope too. I still prefer the sub but as new watchers it might be useful. I saw Naruto in dub on toonami as a kid so that why I say that. Some anime have horrible dubs but this, full metal alchemist l, and death note have very solid dubs.

Whether an OVA is considered canon depends on the anime series. In the case of Attack on Titan the writer has seemingly confirmed that Levi’s ova is cannon to the story.
