新しい圧縮方法で再圧縮しました。
メリットは
１．DLサイズは小さくなった。
２．オリジナルサイズイラストはロスレスで圧縮されているので、品質は同じはずです。
３．リサイズされたイラストは、少し品質が良くなっているはず。
昔リサイズしたイラストの中の数イラストには、当時別の圧縮方法を使ったため、ちょっとぼやけたように見えます。

I renewed my previous illustration collections! The links are at the bottom of the page! The difference compared to the old collections is that I used a new compression method so:
1. The new collections have a smaller file size so everybody gets to save on disk space!
2. “Original size” illustrations are compressed losslessly so the quality should be the same.
3. The new “regular size” illustrations should be slightly better quality.
4. Transparency issues on one or two rare illustrations should be fixed.
Some of my old resized illustrations came out in poor quality imo as I used a different resizing method then. They had color banding and blurred edges. The blur should be fixed in the new collections—unfortunately the banding got baked in when I saved the “original size” versions. 🤦

When resizing up you can always go 4x for “lossless upscale” (I don’t regret my 1440p monitor, but this is why nowadays I really want a 4K one for sweet 4x upscale on 1080p games). But resizing down there’s no “lossless”: you have no choice but to slap on what is effectively a sharpening effect.
Yeah, to me right looks way better. I’ve actually been using this new compression method for maybe a year now? So all my new resized illustrations have the quality on the right.
