2023 Default Palette

Serenity and I decided to create a new palette for 2023. This new palette contains 33 swatches while the old one has 25. The swatches are separated the swatches in this order:
- neutrals/muted colors
- bright colors
- dark colors
The new palette will be used in the next set that will be released tomorrow.
