2024-01-13 17:43:15 +0000 UTCThe "higher fiber" option here would just be called wheat bread (or whole wheat bread). It's brown instead of white, but nothing embedded in it like that. It's probably second most common on sandwiches. I don't even see rye as an option often. Usually only at fancier delis.
