WIP: Video done! Now on to the next

Hi!! I usually post my weekly WIP updates on thursday, but since I posted the complete video yesterday, I waited just a little bit longer.
Everytime I finish a new video I get so excited to share it as soon as possible that I don't think of anything else! I finished the last details in the morning as soon as I woke up and I had to post it immediately. I hope you enjoyed it!
Last week I mentioned that the "most difficult scene wasn't animated" yet, and I didn't know how long it would take...well, the scene was this one:

I was so worried about it that I was even more careful with it than usual and actually finished it faster than some of the others! I recorded reference of myself getting up from the same pose and followed it closely, too. Maybe I should be scared of every shot. Or at least not underestimate the "easier" ones...lesson learned. :P
The very last thing I did was fix the audio, which I was also worried about. At first my idea was to search for actual voice clips, like when he answers the call, he mouths "あんた" (anta), which is how he calls the WoL in japanese, but I didn't find him saying it in an intonation I liked. I also did find him saying "大丈夫" (daijoubu) for when he says he is ok after falling (which I kinda tried lip syncing her and him saying as well), but I thought it didn't work with the video...so I went with just the noises I used, without any clear words. The noise he does just before screaming "Absolutely fascinating!!!" is from the burger cutscene!

Anyway, now I'm organizing the files for the timelapse and some other things I think would be cool to share about this one in a longer video. I have a total of 23 hours of recorded OBS footage of me working on the video! Since there's always those times that I forget to unpause OBS or tweak something and forget to record, then I'm going to say this video took me 25 hours of work. So it was "faster" meaning I probably worked longer hours on it some days, not exactly because it actually took less time to make.
Edit: I lied, just found +9 hours of footage in another folder because I changed paths for some reason. So ~35 hours of work.
I also am super excited to make the next one!! I still don't have the video fully planned out yet, but I have a clear idea of what it is and I do know some of the scenes I want to make. Like the first picture in this post...and THIS POSE that I started doing yesterday:

The wonderful @paperpoppy made an artwork so soft that made me want to animate it...and it also fits with the theme of the video I already had in mind.
I will also start preparing for it by...rigging Estinien (in the casual, inn scene outfit!) and Aymeric (in the dinner date outfit!). And improving Thancred's and Erenville's rig! They're all going to be in it.

It's going to be a different one than what I usually make, meaning it's not a cutscene video. I will also use the opportunity to learn a few new things I want to try out! I'm considering trying to learn After Effects for some of the things I want to make, but I might actually be able to make them work with Premiere only, since I'm more comfortable with it now. It will all depend on how things go and how long they will take. I will keep you updated!
I'll be back here on Sunday to post the full timelapse and some other fun things about it. If there's anything you'd like to hear about, let me know.
Thank you for your support!
