Hello! Happy sunday :)
Today's video will be showing how I start planning and putting together the initial layout of my videos from scratch. Instead of showing a video that's already done, I decided to go with a complete new idea that I hadn't even started yet, so we will be building it together. The goal of this part isn't to get it perfect, but to know if the idea is worth investing more time into, to have the files organized, and to have a good starting point for animating, with characters already positioned and the action more or less defined. From here on, you might still have some slight changes to cameras or shot duration, but if everything is done right, there won't be any drastic changes.
One thing I didn't comment on is about the audio. For this idea in particular it wasn't that important to have it done right now, but for some videos it must be one of the first things...like the "Here comes the boy" video, or any video that has a character talking or has to be synced with the sound.
To import an audio to your scene timeline in Blender, simply drag and drop it to the Video Sequencer (Shift F8). I'd build it in Premiere first, and export an mp3 file to Blender. You can have different tracks for each Blender scene.
I hope it's interesting or useful to you! If there are any other questions or things you'd like to see, feel free to ask. As always, thank you very much for your support!
