I'm in my WHM era now!...and I'm not good at it. My static must be thrilled. But hey, now I can enjoy the magical girl job aesthetics~
I wasn't going to insert anything Dawntrail related in my videos, but at the last minute I had this idea for the last shot. I was actually planning on having Thancred at the Aetherfont, but then I thought of Alisaie in a DT dungeon and it actually works in benefit of my own personal lore!
Lizard uses the Aetheryte Ticket from Alphinaud to teleport straight to G'raha, and she never goes back to Tural, meaning I can just pretend the rest of Dawntrail happened without her. It also makes it even more ridiculous that she somehow sensed G'raha got hurt from the top of a mountain in another continent.
Oh, and finally, first video using the new rigs! I'm pretty happy with how it turned out! A few things I had to do differently than before, but most of it was pretty similar, and now the models are really pretty. Lizard also looks closer to what she looks ingame now - I struggled with getting the skin of the characters right before.
I hope you enjoy the video! I was really excited to finish this one...maybe way too much, there's a few deadlines I've been neglecting to get a few more hours on it...so I've gotta focus on that now that this is done.

lol Mothercrystal is so great to notice those little trust thngs. First run with Alisaie, she killed herself by entering melee phase with a stack marker on her head. damage over mechanics

2024-08-22 18:37:38 +0000 UTCYeahh the IK arms were...something. :P there were a few tricks I used for some parts to try to make it less annoying to animate, I will try showing them later! Well at least in Duty Support, heals are still necessary :P I actually died and killed them a few times while trying to record the footage for this!
