Talk about important things. About lore.

I’ve written about it many times, but it seems that it’s time to write again about the fact that the lore of books and games is different and the difference in lore is pretty big, so the events in the book or my comic can not lead to CDPR games events. NO WAY.

Let me tell you exactly what I’m talking about and point out the main differences in the lore:

1. Aen Aelle’s world/planet is not threatened. It is a prosperous world.

2. The Great Gate was opened and the Aen Seidhe left the continent. Yes, it is also in the book. Here is the prouf in the second chapter:

3. Elves have nothing to do with the extinction of Vran, a race of lizard-folk.  This is a complete fiction of the CDPR.

4. Elves did not hunt unicorns. In books they only drive them away, because there is a quarrel between them. And yes, for me, "lovers' quarrel" and extermination/genocide are two different things.  I don't know how you deal with the perception of the difference between these things. You can agree or not.

5. Dh'oine/ humans live among the elves of Aen Elle, so there is no need to write that they have killed all of them. Think before you draw any conclusions.

6. The books do not mention the supposedly common race of Aen Undod that existed before the separation of the Aen Elle and Aen Seidhe. So Undod doesn’t exist either.  This is a complete fiction of the CDPR either.

7. Ithlinne's Prophecy refers to the fact that the Ice Age is coming to Neverland and this is inevitable, so that by defeating some magical sphere there, as in The Witcher 3, Ciri will not be able to postpone or correct the situation. She would have to push harder and fix the orbit of the entire planet. And she's not from Marvel, right?

8. There is no mention in the books that Dryads have green skin and I personally find this unlikely. They walk around in clothes like humans. Although the water of Brokilon changes their hair color and they have special eyes, in general, their behavior and way of life bear little resemblance to humans. Otherwise, why would Geralt say that people sometimes mistakenly humanize them?

I consider this important, because, like the highly creative people from the CDPR in whose country there are 4 seasons a year, they did not think about how these green women disguise themselves, for example, in autumn or winter. Nothing bothers, no? For me - very much.

Я не раз писала об этом, но кажется, что пришло время снова написать о том, что лор книг и игр отличаются и довольно сильно, поэтому события в комиксе не могу привести к игровым событиям. НИКАК.

Давайте я разложу по полочкам в чем отличия книжные события:

1. Миру Аэн Элле ничего не угрожает. Это процветающий мир.

2. Великие Врата были открыты и Aen Seidhe ушли из континента. Да, это тоже есть в книге. Вот пруф во второй главе:

3. Эльфы не имеют отношения к вымиранию Вранов, расы ящер подобных существ. Это полностью отсебятина CDPR.

4. Эльфы не охотились на единорогов. В книгах они лишь отгоняют их, потому что между ними ссора. И да, для меня "ссора между любовниками" и истребление/геноцид — это разные вещи.  А как у вас дела с этим мне не известно. Можете соглашаться или нет.

5. Люди живут среди эльфов Aen Elle, так что не нужно писать, что они такие сякие убили всех людей. Думайте, прежде чем делать какие-либо выводы.

6. В книгах нет упоминаний о якобы общей расе Aen Undod, которая существовала до разделения Эльфов Aen Elle и Aen Seidhe. Так что языка Undod тоже не существует.

7. В пророчестве Итлины идет речь о то, что на Неверленд наступает Ледниковый период и это неизбежно, так что, победив какую-то там волшебную сферу как в Ведьмаке 3, Цири не сможет отложить или исправить ситуацию. Ей придется поднапрячься сильнее и исправить орбиту целой планеты. А она у нас не из Марвел, верно?

8. В книгах нет упоминаний, что Дриады имеют зеленую кожу и лично я считаю это маловероятным. Они ходят в одежде, как и люди. Хотя вода Брокилона меняет их цвет волос и у них особенные глаза, и в общем-то их поведение и уклад жизни мало напоминает человеческий.

Иначе бы почему Геральт говорил о том, что люди порой ошибочно очеловечивают их.

Считаю это важным, потому что, как и высоко творческие люди из SDPR в стране которых существует 4 сезона в году, не подумали, как же эти зеленые женщины маскируются, допустим, осенью или зимой. Ничего не смущает, нет?  Меня очень даже.
