Are Nilfgaardians descendants of elves? No!
Added 2023-08-23 00:42:45 +0000 UTCI still see comments about that nation of Nilfgaard being the descendants of elves. As you can see, these are just the tales of the people of the north about their enemies from the south. Elf refutes this assertion.
Please also note that there is no elven "Aen Undod" race or language in the books.
Please don't mix book lore with games lore. Thank you.
