Some folks have complained that they had the same issue. Try disconnecting and reconnecting a few time.

2021-05-01 00:42:40 +0000 UTCI tried clicking the "Connect to Discord" but it didn't add to the server since I've already connected my account to Discord. The Patreon-Discord connection is weird like that and in my experience has only really worked when initially making the pledge.
