Tier changes

I will be adding patreon art polls and alt versions of my art, so Im doing changes to Tiers 1 and 2.
Tier 1 patrons will be able to suggest and vote on the character poll.
Tier 2 patrons will receive alt versions of the art.
I also want to change the price from $2 to $1 for Tier 1, but I think I have to delete the tier for it and make it again, so I will do this tomorrow.
