There is a certain amount of tension among the characters that leads Rikas down the path of continued feminization. I think your pacing of the story is spot on. Her slow, almost unnoticed changes from week to week both physically and mentally suits the story very well. I am looking forward to more developments as Rikas becomes the ultimate embodiment of mature voluptuous femineity.
