JULY NEWSLETTER

Greetings new and seasoned patrons!
I want to apologize for falling behind on newsletters, I will do better.
But now for some updates.

///JAMIE
    There has been a new opportunity opened for readers of Jamie! Tapas has invited me to their new Early Access program. This just means that readers now have a choice in how they'd like to read the pages not yet released to the public. (It also means Tami finally gets credit on the series as co-writer on tapas and that makes me very happy!)
    Moving forward you can choose: 1. to pay a flat rate of $1 on patreon or 2. to pay 250 ink per page on the tapas app.
   I am grateful for the support no matter what is more convenient for you <3

    Other than that, nothing has changed concerning updates, they're active and come out as I complete them.

///PATREON PHYSICAL REWARD TIERS     
    No changes!
    Patrons at tier $5 and $10 can expect their rewards sent as normal. If you have had any delays in receiving your previous mail please reach out asap and we can figure out a solution.
    The print and sticker set for July and August will be of MIKAEL (i'll be posting the art for them both within the week,) and I'll also be including a bonus postcard of the Pride print I recently made since I love you so.

///OTHER PUBLISHING PROJECTS
    Unfortunately, so much of my other work is under NDA, and I'll have to tread lightly on anything I share so I don't break contract.  

Right now with The Dog Knight book 1, I am editing pencils and applying dialogue.
We're on a schedule that looks like Early 2022 release and I've been told I can only share teasers closer to release ;(

For Northranger, I'll be starting on the concept art and pencils as soon as I get the final script. With this project, I should have more freedom to share some BTS content. So, I'll do my best to get something out to you sooner than later!

Lastly, I'm contributing to an anthology for the TTRPG game Swordsfall called "Drift of Dreams" and that should be finished in September! I'll be asking if I can share my chapters with y'all, and so hopefully that'll come your way soon too ;; 

I think when its closer to the release dates of The Dog Knight and Northranger, I can provide patreons with a perk that won't be available to the public. Like personalized sketch commissions with the purchase of the book? I don't know but we can discuss it. I'd love to do something for y'all as thanks!

///OTHER NEWS

I took part in a virtual panel for Anime Expo and Tapas!  Developing Anime & Manga in the West: Expanding webcomic IP into tv, film, podcasts, & more! *gasps for air* long title but I'll be posting a link here when it's available. I hope you'll check it out :)

///MY LIVING CONDITION       
    So to make a long story short, back in March we were essentially kicked out of the room we were renting. It was scary to be kicked out with such slim options already, but this was also RIGHT when Corona virus restrictions were being implemented in California. I guess  the circumstances also lead to landlords being more flexible in their standards and thanks to so many of you pitching in to help in various ways, we could afford the move and managed to find a little guest house/studio in Orange. We also applied for affordable housing in Santa Ana and should be getting word about moving in within the month. So we should be gucci for now, but if anything changes soon I'll keep you all updated.   

And uh...unless my brain is having a moment, I think that's it for now!
