I listened to this video last night. I checked my sleep app this morning and it said I feel asleep in 10.4 mins. You’re amazing!

I fell asleep right after listening to the video and following your directions and I had such a deep sleep and woke up feeling so refreshed. Great job! I really enjoyed it. I will probably watch/listen again tonight before I go to sleep. <3
