You can learn what your partner is going through and ask the right questions. Anxious attachment was not sure about the love they received. As it always changed every other day in their household. Fearful attachment faced some type of abuse and felt unseen and couldnโt tell anyone and if they did. No one believed them or just said it wasnโt abuse. like two brothers fighting and seeing it as playing think itโs normal. I canโt wait Masha has to say.
