it means you have a mod in your mods folder or a part that bugs with a mod (you need to find and delete it) it can be any part of any mod in the mods folder it helped me deleting the mod from my mods folder and the latex was gone

In the CAS they look fine, but outside of it certain ones tend to be over shiny, almost as if they were latex.
