Many of you are too young to remember back in 90 or 91 he was scheduled to host the season finale of SNL with sinead O’Connor the musical guest. Well, that week at rehearsal, she blew a fuse and refused to perform if Clay was hosting, big story alll week long and eventually they moved her to first show of the new season and got someone else for musical guest. So Clay comes out to start the show, big ovation, and goes thru all his moves, lites up a smoke, takes a long drag, exhales, and says “ So what’s up with the bald chick”. Funniest line ever, brought the house down.
