As far as the compilations go, I like watching the episodes more than once generally as well, but I'd rather them spend the time and effort on new episodes or other things, because I can watch old episodes and make my own compilation any and every day if I want to! Plus there is also the podcast, which is mostly already a repeat of each episode as well.

I think you should take the time you need to make each video and don't worry about being so prolific - and nix the compilation episodes unless they're really worth doing for the views. To me, I see an episode release and get excited, unless I notice its a compilation and then it turns to disappointment. I've already watched old episodes more than once!
