His family watched in horror as a blinding flash illuminated his silhouette against the stormy sky. When their vision cleared, Peter had evaporated into thin air.
The police launched a search, but found no footprints, no scorch marks, and no explanation for how a man could disappear from a walled garden. Sixteen witnesses swore they watched him vanish in plain sight.
Three days passed before Peter materialized in his backyard, wearing unfamiliar clothes and carrying items that defied explanation. His memories painted a picture of a hospital that both existed and didn't exist, where reality shimmered like heat waves rising from summer pavement.
The investigation into his disappearance uncovered something extraordinary: evidence suggesting Peter had slipped through a crack between parallel universes. His impossible story forces us to question everything we think we know about the nature of reality.

As a religious agnostic, I often feel like there is a truth to aspects of religion that do not land on a guy with long hair sunbathing in the clouds with Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny. I feel like quantum consciousness, when better understood, may be the scientific explanation for many religious ides. It may also explain what the boundaries of physical reality are and whether or not we can alter to break our perceived realities. Anyway, I would be very excited to see an episode on this topic!

On a different subject, one which somehow I had missed are the pits from which are thought to have been created by lava tubes on the moon. I came downstairs and the clocks were off by two hours. Everyone was telling me that the time was correct but I had lost 2 hours. I still can't explain where those two hours went.

I just had my first ever 3rd tier. Freaked me right out. I honestly thought someone drugged me and shipped me to Germany. 🤯 I was extremely distressed and the people around me were snickering & jeering saying I must have had too much to drink. I work at a remote open mining camp there is ZERO D&A. It's fly in fly out 2 week rotation. My crew even knew I was upset. I'm curious if anyone else experiences this phenomenon ?? Maybe, I should take up microdosing. 😶 JK !! I need to keep my job.

I first read it when I was a teenager and have loved it since. I have always been fascinated by stories about alternate realities/parallel universes. So this one was a treat!

Fractals. Similar to a way that we can't fully understand the counciousness that could exist in our gut bacteria. Are we gut bacteria not able to procieve things outside our body. Are other bodies other universes? What would the empty space between beings be. This is my journey to understand existence.

For me, it's better to have more frequent videos of a shorter time, than 45-60min episodes which might not grab your attention. I couldn't have got through this one had it been an hour. Same with the one the other week with the lizard woman. Just not my favourite type of story.

Other than a couple of clearly suspect websites, there was nothing. So from about 5 minutes in I knew this story was complete hogwash. Spoilt the episode for me. Nevermind, can't win 'em all. I shall look forward to the next one. :-)

That thing you said at the end about things being beyond out comprehension and how that gives you comfort, I agree. Something happened to me that defies explanation. It rocked me hard when it happened, like the sense of a door opening to all the answers only to have abruptly closed. I eventually forgot (it turns out that, for me, it's pretty easy to let stuff I can't explain get shuffled to the back of the memory file) about the event. Years later something triggered the memory. It did a number on me but I finally accept the unknown/unexplainable as just another part of life. An odd realization came to me, too. My fear of dying isn't what it used to be. It's going to happen, and the incident left me less concerned. Go figure.

I it that alternate universes have cars in the UK that have the driver moving from the left to the right and I am sure at one point the centre of the Jaguar (?) being driven. It's pretty cool that in some of the universes it's okay not to pick a lane, but to straddle the centre line. Cool. Very cool. One way traffic, obviously.
