2025-05-05 18:34:54 +0000 UTCThere was a story I'd read once about a magical trap that started off with just a simple rope bondage set up (arms tied in front and a collar), so they went to an enchanter to get it removed. However, when dispel was cast on the gear the bondage got stricter and stricter. The enchanter knew this would happen and it was all a plan for them to advertise a special potion made to dissolve this particular type of cursed gear. Of course that was a very slow process (a few days or maybe a week) the "poor adventure" was all tied up, and it was "totally an accident" she ended up getting caught in another trap days after being freed.
