Since this was their first like reality show, it was just kind of behind the scenes and fun games here and there. The later NCT Life seasons have more of a concept, like a trip to Japan where Yuta (their only Japanese member at the time) created a whole itinerary for them himself and was their tour guide, one season is a cooking contest, one season is NCT Dream learning to do variety shows well since they were just babies and didn't know, one is only the foreign members travelling around Korea, the most recent NCT Life is "Dream in Wonderland" where they do missions to get to "wonderland" and do fun activities ect.

2020-11-16 05:52:49 +0000 UTCNCT World 2.0 is their most recent reality show and I currently airing so I think that would be preferred for now, but whatever you choose is good because any nct content is good for an nctzen lol Also I believe they actually filmed this season in 2015, so it was 5 years ago. The way Taeyong is acting here is actually very different from how he is nowadays and I think a part of that is because heβs become so much more comfortable with us as fans now. Heβs extremely shy and humble and a very deep, introspective person who gives a lot of good advice. And I think a result of the following 4 years of being a leader and in the spotlight has led to him being very quick to actually shift the attention off of him and unto other members. The other members should come in the next episode or two!
