2022-12-19 12:23:43 +0000 UTCYeah I was just about to write this. Recently watched the Day6 and Nflying episode and even as a fan it was not a fun watch. The new hosts aren't always as funny but at least they're not rude or mean to their guests. Two shows that like you said brings out the real people behind the idols are Jessie's Showterview and MMTG with Jaejae :) They're more interview than variety but still very good.

2021-03-28 15:24:11 +0000 UTCMamamoo recently played the (Cleopatra) pitch game and Moonbyul is still the undefeated record holder of this game. Not even kidding. In this episode, however, Solar & Wheein deliberately messed up to be out of the game as early as possible because this game is BAD for the vocal cords and it can affect their upcoming schedules. We all know they always sing live so they can't compromise their voice for a game. They did make it funny enough for variety ;)

They're solo episodes and they're so damn hilarious there too, My favourite is You're the best era Weekly Idol 2016 and also their first ever episode 2015 Weekly Idol.

2021-03-23 23:16:14 +0000 UTCI do agree that these hosts made the show fun, but quite many say that every now and then they were really rude to some guests and sometimes even physically hurting some. And I also saw a few episodes (can't remember exactly which ones) where the rude moments could not be explained and/or excused as jokes, it was just plain rude. So if they really were hurting their guests in any way, I'm glad they are no longer in this show but I do miss the fun. It's actually funny how sometimes MMM is painfully awkward and shy and sometimes, like here, they are crazy 😁 Great reaction!

Mamamoo were my first kpop group and my ults (next to Dreamcatcher) They got me into kpop simply because they’re so love-able and have strong admirable personalities..i’m so happy that you’re loving their content so far <3

2021-03-22 00:15:10 +0000 UTCGotta say, there must be something in RBW's water because rewatching this episode is echoing the new show starring PK they really took their old sisters crazzyness on an other level (even 1Thek and RBW staff complain about them XD). This episode is pure gold and Gfirend ,even though they're a bit shy, we're super fun too. I don't especially like their music but i enjoy watching them on shows + they are really cute. Since you mentionned buying MMM's albums. You should start listenning some of them (even if it's on your own time), they are so good! Those B-sides !!!!

I had so much fun it was ridiculous, this was an AMAZING episode, holy shit. Literally gold. lmao so are you moonbyul biased now?? Is that where this Mamamoo journey is heading? I feel like I've said it so much it must be annoying but the Showtime that mmm and gfriend talked about starring on is really good. It's really longform though, so idk how you would watch it... all I know is that the haunted house, fan charm video challenge and remaking Gfriend's Rough could have been their own self-contained episodes.

Mamamoo can be really shy around strangers, but when they are in entertainment mode or just totally comfortable... well, oh lord please save our ears and sane minds. I enjoyed the original hosts as well. Kaibwaibo is actually scissors-rock... -paper/cloth(?) I'm not really sure, bo is coming from a Chinese letter or Hanja, but the meaning is basically the same Rock-Paper-Scissors. I loved this episode, and can't wait for your next chosen Mamamoo variety show. PS. Don't know if you know or not, but there's a few Moonbyul-RV interactions in varieties: Moonbyul and Seulgi joined a short show where they created a mini (self-written) drama and a mini kpop group called Girls Next Door (1 released song, and among the members there was Somi and OMG's YooA as well), Seulgi guested on Moonbyul's naver radio show, and Moonbyul guested on Irene&Seulgi's reality show. Moonbyul used to be very shy but now she’s the most social one, not as social as most other idols but very social compared to the other 3 around people they don’t know, Wheein and Solar are the most guarded and introverted and Hwasa is in the middle. I remember watching Moon do the cleopatra and you emulated my exact reaction, I was Blown away!! Byul is my total Bias, but the other 3 threaten to wreck my Bias any chance they get. You always have such good reactions!! So happy you watched them on this, watching you watch them in this state is the best thing since sliced bread.
