replying to this A YEAR LATER lmao but just to speak on its longevity: oneus's 'Come Back Home' is one of my favorite of their releases, and honestly all of these finale songs, to me, are songs i actually listen to regularly! compared to kingdom, where unfortunately i just did not gel with (although The Real and Kingdom Come did grow on me after a while...with these I immediately loved almost all of them!)

But I'm not sure I'll survive it if it pissed me off half as much as this show did. Voting live was a nightmare, tbh! The app they used was terrible and kept crashing, a lot of people couldn't connect at all and it was intense... The Universe Discord I was in at the time almost went out of their minds, myself included, all while watching this crap without subs. TT

One of my all time faves. Also without spoiling you: I came into Kingdom as a stay and an atiny and I left as a melody (btob) & ikonic... they have stolen my heart

2021-04-11 21:41:29 +0000 UTCI also have a physically demanding job, so I totally get your exhaustion. Take care of yourself, that's the most important thing! This episode drove me nuts. I get why they have all the info on voting and points but it's super boring. Also it felt a bit like it didn't belong with the rest of the show, maybe because we didn't have the others reactions. I'm happy that Kingdom doesn't have eliminations. Like you said it does bring the drama, but if your favorite happens to rank last at some point without elimination, it kind of hurts too. Also Kingdom has groups with larger fanbase, so I think they're avoiding negative reviews and trying to keep the view count as high as possible. I know that if ONEUS hadn't made it to the finale, I propably wouldn't have finished this show, since they were the reason I watched in the first place. As a side note, I was mostly excited for Kingdom because of Ateez, but Stray Kids have stolen my heart. I'm officially a fan now. Great reaction!

I think you missed during their preview they listed the ages above all of them :p That's why they were like, "Hey, you're the oldest now so do you thing" and rather than being a smartass he got all sentimental with Dongheon and the role he's played in Verivery.

2021-04-11 14:39:36 +0000 UTClol can't wait to watch. You know what's surprised me so far? I've watch the first two episodes of Kingdom and have been reading comments. People are getting annoyed with The Boyz and how they approach the competition. Not annoyed, but they feel a disconnect? Most teams you get to learn about them and appreciate them through the show's process and their performances, but people are saying their approach makes it impossible to get to know them because their previews before the stages focus on other things rather than seeing their personalities like we did in RtK with ONF and Pentagon etc. Thought you'd find that interesting! (Their 100 second performance is pretty cool though! - I tried to make this comment as vague as possible to not be spoilery!)
