For me at first Wow was the favorite! But i have to say... Dance on my own just took my heart, the lyrics are so emotional and the song just flows so beautiful!
Also side note: please dont worry about going on detailed talks on certain topic, i always enjoy listening to them whenever they occur :D And its something i wish i could do myself that well!

I recently saw a clip where Yves was saying that the choreo lines on the floor are part of the lore. She's a troll 😂

The intro is amazing, it immediately went to my favorite intros list and PTT like ypu said is great for running and that eent to my running playlist 😅. Wow and Be Honest both sound vintage-y to me and I love that. A Different Night is amazing. UR is good although I don't listen to slower songs that often so that's why it is my "least favorite" of the album. I listen to music very much based on my mood so it really debends on that which song I listen to the most. Dance on my own is propably my favorite. The style is what I listen to most of the time regardless of my mood. The lyrics really are beautiful and that is what pushed this song to be my favorite. It really is a feel good song. I just love when I can add the whole album to my playlist 👌
I've been thinking for a while who has my favorite voice from Loona and although maybe not the strongest singer, but ever since I first heard Loona, Olivia's voice (or maybe more her tone) really stands out to me.
This was a really nice reaction!
Sorry for the two very long comments 😅

I'm going to write a separate comment regarding the album, but:
I agree what ypu said about the line distribution. I get that the fans (and i bet the members too) want to have more lines, but Kpop is not just the music. It's music, dance, visuals and entertainment skills. All members of every single group formed were chosen for a reason. Yes, everyone has to have some level of singing/rapping and dancing skill, but I don't believe they choose the members based on only that. Companies have trainees that are more talented than some of the their already debuted trainees. Yet I think they consider a lot more than music skills; age, talent, charisma aka "vatiety skills" and what I think they also consider is the chemistry between the trainees. Yes it might not apply every time, but it is a vital part if you want your group to succeed and last as long as possible. My point is that altough Vivi and Gowon don't get much lines, I believe their talent shows more elsewhere. I am not yet so familiar with Loona that I can exactly where, but for axample (I know this is video is about Loona, but I'm bringing up another group just to try to explain myself) Yeosang of Ateez is another who gets very little lines in their songs compared to others, yet he is charismatic and handsome. For example he has been a host in music shows and that can also bring fans for his group.

Bruh an updated OEC mv might not pass the Korean Rating Boards. If they had baby Choerry dancing sexy in Sweet Crazy Love, who knows what they would bring around this time.

That is true, but they totally clowned us by saying "we are having a comeback soon" then they actually had a comeback soon lol. Everyone thought it was another "soon" and end up being at the end of 2021.

Yves is a perennial liar towards Orbits so I'm not holding my breath 😝

The concert was so great. I already knew I was a big fan of this group, but watching that really took my appreciation for them to another level. And this album has definitely helped with that too, the b-sides are amazing! It genuinely feels like they took most of the sounds I enjoy most in pop music and put them into one album, I absolutely love it.
I do agree with your take on the line distribution controversy though. Obviously I think Gowon and Vivi should be given more than a single shared line, because as you said that feels insulting, but the way this controversy has dominated conversation and overshadowed any praise of them is a real shame. Maybe BBC bringing the subunits back soon could be a good way to calm things down a bit in that regard, it would be a great opportunity to feature them more. It would also just be really great to see the subunits again, and to see how they'd be now after the extra years of experience the members have gotten. Hopefully Yves was serious about that little tease she gave 😅

You need to put this rant on youtube somehow because many more people have to hear this. I think most of us here agree with you or at least can see where you are coming from.

Wow kind of reminds me of "Wild Thing" with Soyeon and Seulgi. Wow is super fun, and the dance is cute. I think the vibe you were trying to say during Be Honest was "Motown". At least that is the type of feel I got when listening.

i've thought that as well, Shuhua is like the entertainment portion of the group even if she doesn't get a lot of lines. She does tons of Vlives, she is the center of most of the memes, and iconic Gidle variety stuff. She makes fans love the group outside of the music.

I do agree with your rant, and I also have been kind of surprised how little Haseul gets. I guess BBC just feels like Kimberly/Yves/Heejin have more of like an "it factor" charisma, and thats why they get more screen time despite how good at singing Haseul is.
I wish BBC would at least give Vivi/Gowon like backup/co-pilot parts where they are on screen. Like how Gowon was doing the little interjections during Kim Lips beat switch part in PTT. They could have had Vivi do something like that during Yeojin/Yves raps.
Yes that is Heejin singing in the background on Wow. I checked out a lyric video, and she legit got 95% of the backing vocals. Usually it is split up among the vocal line, but for some reason it was all Heejin this time lol.

Exactly! I always think about how they feel searching online after a comeback and all they see with their name is controversy or jokes about their little lines. Idk, it doesn't sit right with me.

Your LOONA reactions are always an especially great time! I had a blast with the concert too, despite MMT's streaming issues. Haseul gushing over her members towards the end was so sweet.
I get what you’re saying about the members and lines, and it’s okay. I don’t know LOONA well enough yet to really speak on them, but with (G)I-DLE, people are always saying Shuhua may as well not be in the group and I feel like that diminishes everything she does other than singing, like big theatrical moments and having more VLive time than several of the other members combined. Gowon’s orbital hurricane moment is one of the first things that come to mind for me when I think of LOONA, which means that it’s powerful and that it matters.
I’m really happy with &, the whole thing is in my playlists now. Be Honest and Dance On My Own are definitely my favorites as I’m a sucker for bouncy and catchy stuff, but the others really aren’t far behind. Can’t wait to get my B version!
I do kind of wonder what’d happen if they’d lean into the heavy, mysterious vibe that we get in teasers and the So What intro. I love PTT, but the Bollywood feel is very different from what we heard in the &3 teaser.

Ah, hearing things like this are my FAVORITE comments. It helps me improve and know what I'm doing right so I can lean on it. There's a lot of self doubt when there are so many others doing the same thing, many of which pull more views.
So knowing that maybe I'm finding a unique voice I can express and maybe help someone through the day is everything to me. Thank you!

One of the reasons why I gravitate towards your reactions is because of your authenticity and your ability to view situations from a different perspective that may or may not agree with the general public. I truly appreciate your honesty in each and every one of your videos. It’s great to see reactors react to their ult groups and the happiness Loona brings to you is adorable. As for “Be Honest,” the song does have the funky, showgirl vibe of early Mamamoo and I approve. My first “introduction” to Loona was Moonbyul’s Studio Moon Night which I thought was a cute episode seeing how the two interacted with each other. Thanks for the reaction and I look forward to learning more about the group through your future reactions of Loona 😄
