2024-06-29 16:06:00 +0000 UTCYena (ex-izone) is a soloist at Yuehua, the same label as Everglow. She sold about 80k albums, which is really good for a soloist. Her album is good, i'd recommend checking it out. The title track and one of the b-sides are punk rock vibes. The other b-sides are various genres. Pretty Boys is one of the best songs this year.

2022-04-29 08:08:53 +0000 UTCabout group size, i agree with you. Almost every new group in the past 2-3 years has been 7 members or less, usually 5 or 6 (excluding survival show groups). It does seem like companies are debuting smaller groups with "all-rounder" members, where everyone is really good a singing and dancing. Then you might have 1-2 who standout and are labeled as the main vocalist or main dancer.

It felt like they were on a list of groups that Mnet was considering, and Mnet was waiting to see if they'd get a win before inviting them.

2022-04-29 07:37:49 +0000 UTCi would recommend checking it out. A few songs are S tier, while the rest are like B tier. Tweet Tweet and Love you Like are incredible in my opinion, but a lot of people's favorite song is Lemonade.

At this point, everyone knows their story and it's such a lovely comeback story... They probably won't win, as some of the other groups are so talented + have huge fan followings, but the most important thing is for them to make their mark. And I think they will. They seem really happy and grateful and know that opportunities are fleeting. I expect that they're going to really go after it in this competition.

I'm actually really excited to watch this because I think the great thing about this show is the exposure it gives to the groups... It seems to me that all of these groups would really really benefit from being on the show.

WJSN's Bona is close to Kep1's Yujin cause they used to be trainees under cube ent. As for Viviz's Sinb, pretty sure most of us know her & WJSN's Eunseo are bff, gfriend and wjsn are friends. Same goes for Loona & Wjsn. So the drama was all for entertainment ๐

2022-03-29 00:23:43 +0000 UTCMy mind is melting as a non follower (previous to queendom) of any of this groups i can't remeber the name of half of them.... it's so hard but i'll try to learn them during the show XD I loved how WJSN try to break the ice several times and how the Viviz member scold one of them it's was so funny, especially with the Mnet editing. I didn't find this episode boring at all clearly even more intersting that the one in Queendom 1. And i'm glad they put some money for this S2, the stage with chest pieces is awesome. It made me realize even more that they put 0 effort into the first season. I don't know who will win in the end, where i was a 100% sure MMM would win S1 at the time. And i agree with you on Kepler winnning nothing being there as a "MNET group". I hope this season will be even more wholesome than the previous one

SinB's and Yeoreum's exchange is so simple and they turned it into a half-minute deal. ๐ I didn't think this was boring at all either, I'm just super excited it's finally starting. About Yena, I really liked her solo debut with Smiley earlier this year. She got a win on M Countdown with it and Miyeon handed her the trophy, it was all very adorable. ๐
