I think this album is surprisingly hopeful, considering Vision's message. Fairytale especially is just nuts. I said on Discord that this theme we've been getting with Whistle, Starlight, and now Fairytale is just such a gift, and they pull off this vibe perfectly. When the instrumental disappears and you just get JiU's breathy, heartrending voice... This is right up there with my favorite "hug in music form" stuff. If they do Fairytale live next month, I will cry 😂 Some Love is like a mix of Airplane and Locked Inside a Door, kind of? I really like it, these funky song get me going every time. It's a good sign when my foot starts tapping! Rainy Day is the one I've listened to the least, but I just need to be in a particular mood for slower songs and this week wasn't it. 😅 The harmonies are gorgeous, and I do definitely enjoy DC doing that type of song - A Heart of Sunflower has been a favorite lately. I can understand the people who did not think this to be the most impactful album, but I really needed this slightly lower-key, comforting vibe right now, so I'm a fan.

It's the same for me. I like the album , but their other stuff is so good that this one ends up very low on my list :( I would have loved another song on the album, and also that they kept the cyberpunk vibe on at least 1 bside because HOLY cow the intro is amazing, my favorite one from them.

Fairytale is by far the best B side on this album. Based on your reaction, I think you would really like Dinosaur by AKMU.

Fairytale is my favourite song on this album, title track included. But overall this is one of my least favourite DC albums. I've never really been disappointed by any of their title tracks or albums but this one didn't really make any impact. That might just be because of my own state of mind atm, that happens a lot. In terms of intros, Blitzers has really good ones too. Even Bobbin' had one despite being just a digital single. But I'm sure you'd really like them.

For me, the intro from the Dreamcatcher album Dystopia: Road to Utopia is my all-time favorite intro! Also, "Skit : The seven doors" is another amazing piece that I love off of Apocalypse : Save us! From this album specifically, Fairytale is hands down my favorite b-side. I appreciate everything they explored in this mini album and it makes me excited for the third release!
