Added 2023-08-02 23:54:46 +0000 UTCWe're about all caught up on the major backlog of requests! Only 15 left, which is actually very little. I'd like to get back to monthly polls that dictate content rollouts for the month. Hopefully make things a bit more varied while also keeping consistency.
I'm having a lot of trouble keeping Patrons longer term and simply knowing what you guys even want these days. I've been more communicative than ever in DMs and on Discord, but hardly ever chat with the majority of you on here or Youtube.
What can I do better and what do you really want to see? Are you only here for a single group and only re-sub once you see them posted that month? Are you yearning for more boygroup content? Basically, how can I make you happier haha

The MMM the best album, what can I say. It's hard to get to eeeverything (of course). I may not be a fan of many of yours, but I'll take a look since you do. If you try to do so many, I get tired. Same as you. Find your niche. There's lots of fans out there for all of it. We're here for you man.

They sing each other's songs, Solar sings Missing you and The Song, and Changsub sings Miss you and Umm Oh A Yeah. It was really fun to see them and since they are good friends and the time they were on Mata Hari Musical.

But if it's a group I'm only marginally interested in, I find it hard to commit the time for long-form content. On the other hand, when I do commit that time, I usually enjoy and learn so stay diverse in group selection. Although I voted for album reactions, I'd say Group Variety and Live Stages are equally interesting. All said, I'm a happy patron, so I can't give much advice on what I would change. Keep up the good work. Edit: New and active groups pull in the views, but it was very fun to see you re-discover some older groups like AOA and Brave Girls. I'm an old fart that started kpop way back, so I hope you can find time to use the way-back machine occasionally.

2023-08-04 00:42:16 +0000 UTCI've been a patron before, then cancelled, and now I'm back again. It has nothing to do with the quality of the content. That aspect has always been good. Everything has just gotten so expensive, that I have to curb my spending some months. With most creators, I just subscribe for 1 month every 6 months or so and binge their content. You are one of the only ones that I try to keep subscribing to every month that I can. My favorite thing about you is your honesty. I can't stand reactors that just love every single thing they watch and won't dislike anything for fear of pissing off the stans. I might not agree with all of your opinions, but I respect you for your honesty. Also I would love to see more XG content. They have a lot of content outside of their title tracks. There are dance performances, called MOVE. They have vocal performances, called VOX. They have rap performances, called TAPES. And they have a documentary series showing their pre-debut training.

I'm still going through all the videos on that front, so because of that my opinion probably doesn't mean that much, but I've been enjoying everything a lot. Personally, I think it's the most fun when you're enjoying yourself as well, which is probably pretty vague, but I love hearing your insights, they're very refreshing.

Atp I’m only still here for Ateez, Pentagon, the occasional 2nd gen bg requests, and discord, which is a shame because I do enjoy your reactions.

I do like It’s Live, but I never really watch comeback stages. They all feel very same-y to me. I check out album reactions as well, for ones that I really liked. For reality and survival shows, I feel like I just burn out on the drama farming. I usually watch the first few episodes and then never finish them.

Personally when there’s a regular weekly show I like, I keep my sub going long term. For my tastes, this channel has been giving me what I want so I’m subbing long term! 👍

Not to push too hard on the Girls Re:Verse front, but you should check out the first 5 minutes of episode 0 to see what you think. The tone of the show is very relaxed and playful and the production is phenomenal. I went in highly skeptical -- I don't watch any anime or vtubers, and didn't like the idea of VR idols -- but I was hooked immediately. Plus there are a lot of relatively high-profile girl group members (many of whom are on Queendom Puzzle right now). I think anybody who has seen it would vouch for it (including Johan). One thing that might help retain Patrons is increased consistency in the release of any "series" or shows that have more than one episode. I know scheduling can be a pain, but if someone knows for a fact that the reactions they like are going to be continuing into the next month, they would be more likely to remain a Patron.

I don’t watch any variety content anymore, I find I don’t have the time for it and it just doesn’t interest me as much anymore? If I were to watch it, it’d be boy groups though. I think any live content, live stages and killing voice and it’s live (actually live content) is my favourite alongside album reactions. I think the music and your insight in that is what i’m here for. Definitely yearning for more boy group content, but maybe that’s just me

2023-08-03 01:28:00 +0000 UTCSo I'm a fairly new patron, but the main reason I started to following you was your Billlie reactions, and just wanted to do 1 month of patreon just to see their full album reactions, but the main reason I'm staying is because the group variety shows content, especially things like Lenniverse or HYEMILEEYECHAEPA. So yeah I would personally like to see more album reactions, especially latest Billlie one, which is my album of the year so far, and more variety show, like UP TO GIDLE, which I think you left off at just when things were getting fun. I also started my first ever survival show with you which is QP, and been having a good time, never though I could watch more than 30mins of that but with you is fun, and whenever that finishes I know I still have both Queendoms to watch, so yeah . But yeah, as long as money lasts, I will continue to support you, because its was hard for me to find a reactor I liked, and so far you are the only reactor I watch kpop stuff from.

I would prefer seeing many different artists and a broader discussion about k-pop over only a few that you invest a lot of time in (with all kinds of side content). Or how about to add a kdrama to the shedule to try something completely new but still related to K-Culture? If you take something like Hotel Del Luna (with IU) we even have the link to K-Pop. As far as side content goes: I'm more interested in "vlog style" content than variety / game shows or survival programs. But I'm not sure how I would suggest to handle all these (usually amazing) vlog series, that every artist offers these days (like 1,2,3 IVE, Leniverse, IU TV) since those usually have lots of episodes and seasons. Maybe a rotation, so you don't get stuck on one group / series? Or maybe let the community suggest 3 "highlight episodes" and watch only those (a bit like you did with 1,2,3 IVE recently)? Finally I would love to see more Interviews (like Daebak Show, Zach Sang Show), introductions (like those for Babymonster) or "standalone" vlogs around a specific event / topic (IU behind the scenes Golden hour or Jisoos "city" vlogs for example). Album reactions and Live performances are nice too (especially something like Lee Mujinn Service), but those would be a lower priority for me personally. Finally Variety-/Game-/Survival-Shows I'm usually not interested in. As far as artists go, that I would love to see more of: IVE and Babymonster (of course), but also solo artists like IU or Bibi for example. Some "older" groups (Girls Generation and AOA being my favs from 2nd gen for example) would be nice to. PS.: Any ETA on the missing 15 requests (like my June request)? No pressure of course, just curious what I can expect. I know you have a lot on your plate.

2023-08-03 01:15:17 +0000 UTCI'm a multi-stan so I watch whatever catches my eye on here. I do love album reactions, though as it gives me a chance to listen to the album with someone else. Variety shows are always fun, too. There is a ton out there that may not be focused on idols, but has them as guests such as Running Man, Sixth Sense, The Zone, etc. that are fun to watch and you may enjoy them, too. Sixth Sense has Jessi and Mijoo on it and is about a group of people and a guest, led by Yoo Jae Suk who go to 3 different places and try to figure out which is fake. Kai, Key, Solar and Moonbyul have all guested. Like 3 different restaurants or 3 different fortune tellers or 3 different exercise locations. The Zone has Yuri from Girls Generation in it, and it is a survival show where the protagonists have to survive 4 hours in a disaster simulation (zombies or deadly infection or deadly maze).

It occurs to me that I'm mostly interacting with the first 4 options, and mostly for a few core groups that I enjoy (IDLE, LE SSERAFIM, SKZ, TWICE, Dreamcatcher, more recently BTOB) and I would watch essentially anything related to those groups (e.g. Learn Way, Fearless Kkura, listening parties, HYEMILIYECHAEPA, Time to Twice, Weekly Idol, stages, Lee Mujin, whatever else). I don't personally watch the survival shows, but I think those are probably quite popular, so I say keep doing it if others and yourself are enjoying it. Most of all though, I want to mention that even if you did very little of the above, I'd probably still hang around because I enjoy the content and the style of content. The more laid-back approach is something I appreciate as another guy in the same age bracket.

I really would love for you to check out Girl's Re:verse, it's basically Queendom unhinged lol! That and Girls Planet 999. For GP999, you can basically skip most of the elimination episodes. You will definitely see idols who have since debuted in other groups, which is another reason to watch it! Regarding variety content, i know Studio K and 1theK both have great shows. MY ult bias is TRI•BE so i wouldn't mind seeing more of their content in ANY form lol. Other contents i would enjoy are It's Live stages, Human Idol Theater, Chuu's Crumbling Down Mansion, more ARTMS Explore Log, Idol 1N2D, and Eunchae's Star Diary. Sorry for the essay, but I thought more feedback would be better. 파이팅!!!
