The most adequate and wise of all the previous characters, which is pure irony.
And she is Mai's best friend and mentor
which is ironic too, given that Mai's lifestyle is... self-(and sometimes not only self-)destructive, to put it mildly...
Regardless of that, Victoria and Mai has been together since the highschool, where they went to the pool.
Victoria ended up being a great athlete and an outstanding swimmer.
Mai ended up being a nymphomanic bisexual psychopath, but who cares...
