She got his shirt off then collapsed on top of him which hid him when 2 Amazonians came to see if he was hiding in there. all they could see was Haruhime on top on a guy with a certain part (or parts) of her blocking his face so they couldn't see it was Bell.

When Bell gave Cassandra back her pillow its supposed to be pink (how dare they mess that up) and 2. the real big thing they changed was the chase scene of Bell running from the Amazonians there was a lot more to that he was honestly running for dear life Aisha engaged him in a fight to stop him and she actually defeated him showing off the difference in strength and for that Big Toad (her name is Phyrne) Bell had no chance against her she is actually lvl 5 and the only reason he got away was because some of the Amazons gave up on catching him and just focused on stopping her buying him enough time to get away. He ran through the whole Pleasure District too it was then that he noticed that the whole area was Ishtar Familia's territory.
