The movie does throw you right in the middle of the story, mid arc, but is still a great watch with lots of great CG action. Also, as someone who finished reading Gantz a while back, the movie goes through my favorite arc. If it ever does get into movie night, I just have to provide a quick summary of the events that occur prior to the movie.

If you ever need some help for searching up a show or whatever it is, just give a heads up. I use nyaa.si and erai-raws.info for any show I watch. I used to get all of my anime from horriblesubs.info, but they shut down literally a week ago. Erai-raws is the next best thing for non-movie anime series.
