Just got around to watching your reaction, 2 months later. IMO these "Rebuild" movies are much more entertaining than the series proper. I've watched the bluray versions of each Rebuild movie (1.11 2.22 3.33), and they're great. Though I do get the impression that's not a popular opinion amongst Evangelion purists 😂. Definitely looking forward to the final installement 4.0 aka "3.0 + 1.0".

2021-01-12 13:40:33 +0000 UTCWolf Children is ranked #57 on MAL, and a shit ton of people place it in their top 10s, so again it's just a preference thing Evangelion is the same, it's not something to watch in a group let alone a comedy group like ya'll. I'll be honest, I've been paying $25 a month cuz ya'll are hilarious, but shows like Eva and Wolf Children don't mingle well with your guy's style of reactions. Rather watch something action packed/Thriller-esque or comedy oriented like Gurren Lagann or Samurai Champloo

It’s long and we watched it after watched two other episodes of something so if there were any points we looked tired maybe that’s why, but it was a solid movie. And Wolf Children was just unnecessarily drawn out it didn’t need to be 2 hours I think that’s pretty universally agreed upon 😂
