The thing that makes this fun is that Sukuna will not help the MC if given the choice. He doesn't ever care about himself all that much. After all, the fingers are indestructible and Itadori has to eat them and die for them to get destroyed. If so much as one of them is left it will be enough for a new Sukuna.

That was kind of a bomb that was dropped that I feel like not many ppl have caught, at least out of the reactors I have seen. So he's apparently related to the Zenin sisters somehow.
