I just meant that in that particular scene where she's questioning why all this happened, it's difficult to understand her confusion when she's been charging head first to be the armor titan who would do the exact same things. I'm also assuming that scene was built up to be a "feel bad for Gabi" kind of moment.

She isn't some random Eldian kid going through all of this. She's literally training to acquire a weapon (armor titan) whose sole purpose is to do what she just had done to her home.

Just, I was pissed for a long time but as you go and as you take time to think you come to terms with it. You don't believe you can justify it, but you understand. Like you don't have to like it. I have so much I want to say but first I hated Gabi for a long time, Not because of who she shot, but her asking Falco after he tells her that the attack was revenge because the Paradisians were attacked by Marley soldiers and were hurt by them, she asked" Did you see that?" "Neither did I?" It pissed me off because this girl has been in the military and trained to kill *people* . She celebrated as she killed what we can assume to be dozens when she derailed a train back in ep.1. That is war!! Like, did you think that they lived comfortably doing nothing?! FOUR Marleyan child soldiers were sent there to retrieve the Founder. What did you think war is? But I have to remind myself that this is a stubborn child grieving and angry and close minded by her upbringing. But see, it begs to counter ask, "Well how do you know that the history you've been told is true. You weren't there were you?? AAAAAGGGGH!!! Imma stop here because otherwise I'll make myself upset. I am now neutral to her but this always manages to upset me because I have dealt with *ADULTS* who try to use that same argument.
