I’m a manga reader, so I was aware of the benefits of black flash, but the anime went above and beyond making it clear that him achieving black flash had an immediate effect. The thicker black outline and deeper blue were a nice touch. This anime adaption has been everything I ever hoped for.

2021-02-23 04:29:51 +0000 UTCNah some of the black clover episodes have had insane animation. The episode 100 fight, episode 121, I believe, was incredible. This was awesome and I’m a bigger fan of JJK than BC, but some of those BC fights rival this animation and story telling.

2021-02-20 06:37:18 +0000 UTCAs always, this reaction was fire. To explain the thing about Inumaki, while his Cursed Speach is powerful, it has some limitations. One of them is that the more he uses it, the more he stresses out his throat. You can see when he's running away from Hanami that he's drinking something that's his throat medicine. They also mentioned a few episodes ago that depending on who he uses his technique on and what words he says can have a varying effect on him, so him constantly spamming it on Hanami, whos out of his league fucked him up.

2021-02-20 00:18:47 +0000 UTCCompletely different schedule, not only is jujutsu kaisen seasonal and BC weekly but black clover has not even 3 months to make each episode while these seasonals with good schedules have MUCH longer amounts of time. Judging by when itsuta and yoshihara were gone from black clover almost completely during the 130s-150s this is most likely when these next couple episodes were in production. For reference black clover is on 165 arm so that over 35 weeks ago 2/3 of a year ago
