nah he landed all of the black flashes. its just consecutively speaking hes tied with nanami. He landed 5 total on Hanami but the first was way before the other 4. the hits are as follows: 1. the initial black flash that blew off hanami's hand, fucked up her face, and let Todou know to join in (ep.19) 2. When the flashback to Nanami's interview on consecutive black flashes cut in and Todou talks about "the zone", Yuji lands a black flash to Hanami's gut. 3. the 2nd consecutive hit was Yuji's kick to Hanami's face. 4. the 3rd consecutive hit was a downward slash/axe strike from Yuji to Hanami's left shoulder to her right side (punctuated by Todou saying '3 in a row?!') 5. the 4th and final black flash he landed was a punch to the gut that glowed blue from cursed energy as he was swinging.

Manga readers are living. 5- Well the first time Itadori used black flash he didn't land the hit on Hanami. So technically, he is tied with Nanamin on consecutive uses of Black Flash.
