I GOTCHU , 1) Ten- The ability to harness your aura and trap it around your body. This is the first area of nen which a student must learn as it is used as a defence to other nen based attacks and is the platform to use the other areas of nen Zetsu- The ability to suppress and hide nen, whether it be your own or the ability to weaken someone elses Nen, such as Kuprikas ability with his chains to capture someone and not allow them to use Nen. Ren- The ability to generate more aura to use and is connected to Hatsu. Hatsu- The pinnacle and most powerful use of Nen. Hatsu is the area of nen which each person has personalized attacks based on their category of nen type. Ten- reflecting on yourself and determining a goal. Zetsu- putting that goal into words.
