Not saying it was bad, just overrated. Plus I don't like the Mc so I couldn't care less about his character development. But if it will end this discussion, you're right, great for you, enjoy Re:Zero, I didn't and neither did every person who I recommended this to.

2021-03-25 15:23:18 +0000 UTCits crazy just how WRONG you are but that's ok i mean you literally wrong about everything of it, you obviously dont know that season 1 was extremely rushed and gave nothing to why subaru is doing this or why emilia is way she is or why subaru loves her or why emilia cared about subaru so much, NOTHING was explained it was rushed, this arc is LONG and its growing of the 2 main cast, subaru getting rid of that trashy isekai protagonist, and emilia accepting herself, this time they didnt half ass it with the character development if want smoke then next season will have that and on onward there struggles BEGINS NOW this arc is the calm before the storm

You're free to like it and it's not that bad a series but neither I nor my friends understand why people praise this so much. Sure, it's an interesting take on an Isekai but a weak main character that constantly repeats mistakes and dies to fix them over and over gets boring, and takes the consequences out of the picture.
