Publishers of light novels always do this with their series because they want people buying the source material, that is just how it works... Luckily with recency a lot more light novels have been becoming adapted properly with the intent to adapt it the entire way through thanks to EggFirm who only take light novels that are willing to be adapted thoroughly

Its good and I love all the characters, I really hope your enjoy as much as I did. Whether it gets a reboot or just a plain second season it deserves it. In my eyes this hidden gem of an anime is a master piece waiting for recognition
