Bunny Girl Senpai movie Reaction final update
Added 2021-05-16 20:08:28 +0000 UTCSo, we recorded the reaction, but unfortunately, I stepped on the power cord on the camera like an idiot and the file got corrupted, I resumed recording afterwards to get our review/post discussion. So here are some of the options:
1. I upload the movie with our audio reaction, and then our review will cut in at the very end, that way, you still can hear our reaction, you just wont see us until the review portion.
2. I am currently working on using data recovery software, I was able to locate the corrupted file and recover it, however, it is corrupted so I cannot play it, or really use it at all. So I purchased an additional software that is "supposed" to be able to repair any corrupted files. We will see how that goes, but if this method goes through, I should be able to upload it without a hitch, however, this will take time as the software has to work it's magic, hopefully.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, chances are I'm probably more upset about it than you may be, but I wanted to let you all know the current situation.

2021-05-21 05:18:49 +0000 UTCThe best recording format I know about is FLV or MKV because from what I've read, it doesn't need the finalize step to become usable, so If your recording gets interrupted, it'll be fine. Also I'm not sure your editing program would support flv or mkv, but in OBS, there's a feature called remuxing where you can covert the MKV files to mp4 files in seconds. If you don't use OBS, I think VLC player converts files as well. I'm just sharing info that I found, so don't quote me on this

2021-05-17 02:31:10 +0000 UTCI don't know if this applies to your camera, but for OBS I read that mp4 is the hardest format to recover if it gets corrupted. A quote from someone from an OBS thread (possible not reputable): "Any video recorded directly to mp4 is usable only, if OBS is able to finalize the video. If it isn't able to finalize the video, the video is in its entirety unreadable. OBS isn't able to finalize, if it crashes mid-recording, or if the computer crashes or has a bluescreen, or if OBS hangs, or if the disk becomes full. If all this doesn't apply to your environment, you will have no issues with directly recording to mp4. But if something bad happens, the mp4 will be broken beyond repair." Again, I don't know if it's the same for your camera, and there are a lot of videos that are about repairing mp4 files, so there's still hope for it!

If it doesn't work, I'll still be okay at least hearing your reaction. Maybe it tugged at your heart strings so much that the crying will be audible too. Jk, again, I'm definitely not a sadist and don't relish at all in seeing reactors cry to a movie.
