Its not really story relevant but going on in the series its a trip to think out of all these human like A.I.s that Diva is the first and oldest.

Also, just an FYI, the person who wrote Re:Zero wrote this, but the animation studio is WIT Studio (AoT S1-3, Vinland Saga, The Great Pretender). So you got a wombo combo.
