2021-11-07 21:17:17 +0000 UTCMain reason I was mad at Rudy was because I know he’s older than Paul memory wise and should be thinking more maturely (even tho he still has the mind of an 11 year old at times) Paul is a great character and I loved his development flawed man but caring father loved the reaction but the anime left mad shit out that I feel like needed to be included especially about the half naked girl

2021-11-07 21:13:12 +0000 UTC2 things that the anime left out is 1. the explanation as to why that girl in pauls group is half naked. the reason is because her sister the quiet one suffers from trauma whenever someone looks at her so she wears that outfit so she stands out and people stare at her instead. 2. when paul and rudy were talking before eris and ruijerd came back paul was mentioning how he hasn't slept with a woman since the mana disaster.

Honestly this part of the story should have been split into 2 episodes. Both the manga and the LN had much more about Paul's journey after the displacement, an actual explanation about the girls in his unit and why the bikini girl dresses that way, and there was a meal and convo that Paul, Rudy, Eris, and Norn had that was totally missing. Basically they cut out a whole day from Millis.
