The higher the stat is when a person levels up the higher their base strength will be next level if 2 people level up to 2 and 1 person has a A rank in strength and the other has C while they both might be level 2 the guy who got to A rank would be stronger than the C rank guy. Then from that point it just keeps going up.

Also there is a movie for the series that takes place in between the two seasons. Even if y'all don't react to it, i suggest you check it out. Think of it as cod reaching level 1 to 100 or until you can prestige and do it again. A better example is when you bend over or you want to clap some guy's thicc ass cheeks every night or until your tired. The next day you have more energy keep it going longer. 👅💦

Leveling up brings all your stat ranks down to E rank, but they hold the same kind of value as they did before if you get me. So it's like prestige but you keep all your unlocks. Seeing as the stats carry over, it's technically better for you to get your stats all the way up to S rank before going up a level (because that's stat gain you'll never get back).

But once you level up, the speed stat for a lvl 2 to reach is now 75 speed. You would still have 50 speed, but for watchers/readers its easier to understand if they reset it back to E. Long story short, it creates depth to show that characters can be at the same level, but one can still be way stronger than the other.
